Service Description

Reserved for post-release and reentry patients referred by case managers or correctional facility partners. Same-day availability is prioritized for this service. Case managers may book on behalf of patients by calling (443) 459-1672. All visits are conducted via secure telehealth. Patients must be physically located in Maryland.

Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to hold your appointment. A $75 fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up.
